ARAPÇASI OKUNUŞU YAKLAŞIK MEALİ
(١٧-١)
سُبْحَانَ الَّذٖى اَسْرٰى بِعَبْدِهٖ لَيْلًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ اِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْاَقْصَا الَّذٖى بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ اٰيَاتِنَا اِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمٖيعُ الْبَصٖيرُ
17.1 - Subhânellezî esrâ biabdihî leylem minel mescidil harâmi ilel mescidil agsallezî bâraknâ havlehû linuriyehû min âyâtinâ, innehû huves semîul basîr.
S ATEŞ - Eksiklikten uzaktır O (Allâh) ki gecenin bir vaktinde kulunu, âyetlerimizden bir bölümünü, kendisine göstermemiz için, Mescid-i Harâm'dan, çevresini bereketli kıldığımız Mescid-i Aksâ'ya yürüttü. Gerçekten O, işitendir, görendir.
(١٧-١)
سُبْحَانَ الَّذٖى اَسْرٰى بِعَبْدِهٖ لَيْلًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ اِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْاَقْصَا الَّذٖى بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ اٰيَاتِنَا اِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمٖيعُ الْبَصٖيرُ
17.1 - Subhânellezî esrâ biabdihî leylem minel mescidil harâmi ilel mescidil agsallezî bâraknâ havlehû linuriyehû min âyâtinâ, innehû huves semîul basîr.
S ATEŞ - Eksiklikten uzaktır O (Allâh) ki gecenin bir vaktinde kulunu, âyetlerimizden bir bölümünü, kendisine göstermemiz için, Mescid-i Harâm'dan, çevresini bereketli kıldığımız Mescid-i Aksâ'ya yürüttü. Gerçekten O, işitendir, görendir.
(١٧-٢)
وَاٰتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَجَعَلْنَاهُ هُدًى لِبَنٖى اِسْرَایٖٔلَ اَلَّا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْ دُونٖى وَكٖيلًا
17.2 - Ve âteynâ mûsel kitâbe ve cealnâhu hudel libenî isrâîle ellâ tettehızû min dûnî vekîlâ.
17.2 - Biz Mûsâ'ya Kitabı verdik ve onu İsrâil oğullarına "Benden başka bir vekil tutmayın!" diye bir kılavuz yaptık.
(١٧-٣)
ذُرِّيَّةَ مَنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ اِنَّهُ كَانَ عَبْدًا شَكُورًا
17.3 - Zurriyyete men hamelnâ mea nûh, innehû kâne abden şekûrâ.
17.3 - Ey Nûh ile beraber (gemide) taşıdıklarımızın çocukları, doğrusu o (Nûh), çok şükreden bir kuldu. (Siz de atanız gibi olun.)
(١٧-٤)
وَقَضَيْنَا اِلٰى بَنٖى اِسْرَایٖٔلَ فِى الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِى الْاَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبٖيرًا
17.4 - Ve gadaynâ ilâ benî isrâîle fil kitâbi letufsidunne fil ardı merrateyni ve letağlunne uluvven kebîrâ.
17.4 - Kitapta İsrâil oğullarına şu hükmü verdik: "Siz o ülkede iki kez bozgunculuk yapacaksınız ve çok böbürleneceksiniz (zorbalık edeceksiniz)!
(١٧-٥)
فَاِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ اُولٰیهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَنَا اُولٖى بَاْسٍ شَدٖيدٍ فَجَاسُوا خِلَالَ الدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَفْعُولًا
17.5 - Feizâ câe vağdu ûlâhumâ beasnâ aleykum ıbâdel lenâ ulî beé'sin şedîdin fecâsû hılâled diyâr, ve kâne vağdem mef'ûlâ.
17.5 - Birincisinin zamanı gelince üzerinize çok güçlü kullarımızı gönderdik, evlerin aralarına girip (sizi) araştırdılar. Bu, yapılması gereken bir va'd idi.
(١٧-٦)
ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ الْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاَمْدَدْنَاكُمْ بِاَمْوَالٍ وَبَنٖينَ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ اَكْثَرَ نَفٖيرًا
17.6 - Summe radednâ lekumul kerrate aleyhim ve emdednâkum biemvâliv ve benîne ve cealnâkum eksera nefîrâ.
17.6 - Sonra tekrar size, onları yenme imkânı verdik ve sizi mallarla, oğullarla destekledik ve savaşçılarınızı çoğalttık.
(١٧-٧)
اِنْ اَحْسَنْتُمْ اَحْسَنْتُمْ لِاَنْفُسِكُمْ وَاِنْ اَسَاْتُمْ فَلَهَا فَاِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْاٰخِرَةِ لِيَسُؤُا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبٖيرًا
17.7 - İn ahsentum ahsentum lienfusikum ve in eseé'tum felehâ, feizâ câe vağdul âhırati liyesûû vucûhekum ve liyedhulul mescide kemâ dehalûhu evvele merrativ ve liyutebbirû mâ alev tetbîrâ.
17.7 - İyilik ederseniz, kendinize iyilik etmiş olursunuz. Kötülük ederseniz, o da kendi aleyhinizedir. Son taşkınlığınızın zamanı gelince (yine öyle kullar göndeririz) ki, yüzlerinizi kötü duruma soksunlar (üzüntüden suratlarınızın asılmasına sebeb olsunlar) ve ilk kez girdikleri gibi yine Mescid'e (Kudüs'e) girsinler ve ele geçirdiklerini mahvetsinler.
(١٧-٨)
عَسٰى رَبُّكُمْ اَنْ يَرْحَمَكُمْ وَاِنْ عُدْتُمْ عُدْنَا وَجَعَلْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَافِرٖينَ حَصٖيرًا
17.8 - Asâ rabbukum ey yerhamekum, ve in udtum udnâ, ve cealnâ cehenneme lilkâfirîne hasîrâ.
17.8 - (Bundan sonra) Belki Rabbiniz size acır, ama siz (bozgunculuk yapmaya) dönerseniz, biz de (sizi cezâlandırmağa) döneriz. Cehennemi, kâfirler için kuşatıcı (bir zindan) yapmışızdır!
(١٧-٩)
اِنَّ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنَ يَهْدٖى لِلَّتٖى هِىَ اَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنٖينَ الَّذٖينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّالِحَاتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا كَبٖيرًا
17.9 - İnne hâzel gur'âne yehdî lilletî hiye agvemu ve yubeşşirul mué'minînellezîne yağmelûnes sâlihâti enne lehum ecran kebîrâ.
17.9 - Gerçekten bu Kur'ân da en doğru yola iletir ve iyi işler yapan mü'minlere, kendileri için büyük bir ecir olduğunu müjdeler.
(١٧-١٠)
وَاَنَّ الَّذٖينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ اَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا اَلٖيمًا
17.10 - Ve ennellezîne lâ yué'minûne bil âhırati ağtednâ lehum azâben elîmâ.
17.10 - Âhirete inanmayanlara da acı bir azâb hazırlamışızdır.
(١٧-١١)
وَيَدْعُ الْاِنْسَانُ بِالشَّرِّ دُعَاءَهُ بِالْخَيْرِ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ عَجُولًا
17.11 - Ve yed'ul insânu bişşerri duâehû bil hayr, ve kânel insânu acûlâ.
17.11 - İnsan, hayra du'â eder gibi, şerre du'â etmekte(hayrı ister gibi şerri istemekte)dir. İnsan pek acelecidir.
(١٧-١٢)
وَجَعَلْنَا الَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ اٰيَتَيْنِ فَمَحَوْنَا اٰيَةَ الَّيْلِ وَجَعَلْنَا اٰيَةَ النَّهَارِ مُبْصِرَةً لِتَبْتَغُوا فَضْلًا مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلِتَعْلَمُوا عَدَدَ السِّنٖينَ وَالْحِسَابَ وَكُلَّ شَیْءٍ فَصَّلْنَاهُ تَفْصٖيلًا
17.12 - Ve cealnel leyle ven nehâra âyeteyni femehavnâ âyetel leyli ve cealnâ âyeten nehâri mubsıratel litebteğû fadlem mir rabbikum ve litağlemû adedes sinîne vel hısâb, ve kulle şey'in fassalnâhu tefsîlâ.
17.12 - Biz gece ve gündüzü, (kudretimizi gösteren) iki âyet yaptık. Gece âyetini sildik, gündüz âyetini aydınlatıcı yaptık ki hem Rabbinizin lutfunu arayasınız ve hem de yılların sayısını ve hesabı bilesiniz. Biz her şeyi açık açık anlattık.
(١٧-١٣)
وَكُلَّ اِنْسَانٍ اَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فٖى عُنُقِهٖ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ كِتَابًا يَلْقٰيهُ مَنْشُورًا
17.13 - Ve kulle insânin elzemnâhu tâirahû fî unugîh, ve nuhricu lehû yevmel gıyâmeti kitâbey yelgâhu menşûra.
17.13 - Her insanın tâir(kuş)ini boynuna bağladık, kıyâmet günü onun için, açılmış olarak bulacağı bir kitâp çıkarırız:
(١٧-١٤)
اِقْرَاْ كِتَابَكَ كَفٰى بِنَفْسِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسٖيبًا
17.14 - Igraé' kitâbek, kefâ binefsikel yevme aleyke hasîbâ.
17.14 - Kitabını oku, bugün nefsin sana hesapçı olarak yeter! (deriz).
(١٧-١٥)
مَنِ اهْتَدٰى فَاِنَّمَا يَهْتَدٖى لِنَفْسِهٖ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَاِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ اُخْرٰى وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبٖينَ حَتّٰى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولًا
17.15 - Menihtedâ feinnemâ yehtedî linefsih, ve men dalle feinnemâ yedıllu aleyhâ, ve lâ teziru vâziratuv vizra uhrâ, ve mâ kunnâ muazzibîne hattâ neb'ase rasûlâ.
17.15 - Kim yola gelirse kendisi için yola gelmiş olur, kim de saparsa kendi aleyhine sapar. Hiçbir günâhkâr, başkasının günâh yükünü taşımaz. Biz elçi göndermedikçe azâb edecek değiliz.
(١٧-١٦)
وَاِذَا اَرَدْنَا اَنْ نُهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً اَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفٖيهَا فَفَسَقُوا فٖيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْمٖيرًا
17.16 - Ve izâ eradnâ en nuhlike garyeten emernâ mutrafîhâ fefesegû fîhâ fehagga aleyhel gavlu fedemmernâhâ tedmîrâ.
17.16 - Biz bir kenti helâk etmek istediğimiz zaman onun varlıklılarına emrederiz, orada kötü işler yaparlar, böylece o ülkeye (azâb) karâr(ı) gerekli olur, biz de orayı darmadağın ederiz.
(١٧-١٧)
وَكَمْ اَهْلَكْنَا مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِنْ بَعْدِ نُوحٍ وَكَفٰى بِرَبِّكَ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهٖ خَبٖيرًا بَصٖيرًا
17.17 - Ve kem ehleknâ minel gurûni mim bağdi nûh, ve kefâ birabbike bizunûbi ıbâdihî habîram basîrâ.
17.17 - Nitekim Nûh'dan sonra nice kuşakları helâk ettik. Kullarının günâhlarını haber alıcı, görücü olarak Rabbin yeter.
(١٧-١٨)
مَنْ كَانَ يُرٖيدُ الْعَاجِلَةَ عَجَّلْنَا لَهُ فٖيهَا مَا نَشَاءُ لِمَنْ نُرٖيدُ ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلٰیهَا مَذْمُومًا مَدْحُورًا
17.18 - Men kâne yurîdul âcilete accelnâ lehû fîhâ mâ neşâu limen nurîdu summe cealnâ lehû cehennem, yaslâhâ mezmûmem medhûrâ.
17.18 - Kim bu aceleci(dünyâ)yı isterse, orada ona, (evet) istediğimiz kimseye hemen çabucak dilediğimiz kadar veririz; ama sonra yerini cehennem yaparız! Kınanmış ve kovulmuş olarak oraya girer.
(١٧-١٩)
وَمَنْ اَرَادَ الْاٰخِرَةَ وَسَعٰى لَهَا سَعْيَهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَاُولٰئِكَ كَانَ سَعْيُهُمْ مَشْكُورًا
17.19 - Ve men erâdel âhırate ve seâ lehâ sağyehâ ve huve mué'minun feulâike kâne sağyuhum meşkûrâ.
17.19 - Kim de âhireti ister ve inanarak ona yaraşır biçimde çalışırsa, öylelerinin çalışmalarının karşılığı verilir.
(١٧-٢٠)
كُلًّا نُمِدُّ هٰؤُلَاءِ وَهٰؤُلَاءِ مِنْ عَطَاءِ رَبِّكَ وَمَا كَانَ عَطَاءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورًا
17.20 - Kullen numiddu hâulâi ve hâulâi min atâi rabbik, ve mâ kâne atâu rabbike mahzûrâ.
17.20 - Hepsine onlara da, onlara da (dünyâyı isteyenlere de, âhireti isteyenlere de, mü'minlere de, kâfirlere de) Rabbinin vergisiden uzatırız. Rabbinin vergisi kesilmez.
(١٧-٢١)
اُنْظُرْ كَيْفَ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ وَلَلْاٰخِرَةُ اَكْبَرُ دَرَجَاتٍ وَاَكْبَرُ تَفْضٖيلًا
17.21 - Unzur keyfe faddalnâ bağdahum alâ bağd, ve lel âhıratu ekberu deracativ ve ekberu tefdîlâ.
17.21 - Bak, (rızık bakımından) nasıl onların kimini kiminden üstün yaptık. Elbette âhiret, dereceler bakımından da daha büyük, üstünlük bakımından da daha büyüktür.
(١٧-٢٢)
لَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًا مَخْذُولًا
17.22 - Lâ tec'al meallâhi ilâhen âhara fetag'ude mezmûmem mahzûlâ.
17.22 - Allâh ile beraber başka bir tanrı edinme, sonra kınanmış ve yalnız başına bırakılmış olarak oturup kalırsın!
(١٧-٢٣)
وَقَضٰى رَبُّكَ اَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا اِلَّا اِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ اِحْسَانًا اِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ اَحَدُهُمَا اَوْ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَهُمَا اُفٍّ وَلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرٖيمًا
17.23 - Ve gadâ rabbuke ellâ tağbudû illâ iyyâhu ve bilvâlideyni ıhsânâ, immâ yebluğanne ındekel kibera ehaduhumâ ev kilâhumâ felâ tegul lehumâ uffiv ve lâ tenher humâ ve gul lehumâ gavlen kerîmâ.
17.23 - Rabbin, yalnız kendisine tapmanızı ve anaya babaya, iyilik etmenizi emretti. İkisinden birisi, yahut her ikisi, senin yanında ihtiyarlık çağına ulaşır(ihtiyarlık zamanlarında senin yanında kalırlar)sa sakın onlara "Öf!" deme, onları azarlama! Onlara güzel söz söyle.
(١٧-٢٤)
وَاخْفِضْ لَهُمَا جَنَاحَ الذُّلِّ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ وَقُلْ رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانٖى صَغٖيرًا
17.24 - Vahfıd lehumâ cenâhaz zulli miner rahmeti ve gur rabbirhamhumâ kemâ rabbeyânî sağîrâ.
17.24 - Onlara acımadan dolayı, küçülme kanadını indir, (onlara karşı alçak gönüllü ol) ve: "Ey (her varlığı terbiye edip yetiştiren) Rabbim! Bunlar, beni küçükken nasıl (acıyıp) yetiştirdilerse sen de bunlara (öyle) acı!" de.
(١٧-٢٥)
رَبُّكُمْ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا فٖى نُفُوسِكُمْ اِنْ تَكُونُوا صَالِحٖينَ فَاِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلْاَوَّابٖينَ غَفُورًا
17.25 - Rabbukum ağlemu bimâ fî nufûsikum, in tekûnû sâlihîne feinnehû kâne lil evvâbîne ğafûrâ.
17.25 - Rabbiniz içlerinizdekini daha iyi bilir. Eğer siz iyi kişiler olursanız şüphesiz O, tevbe edenleri bağışlayandır.
(١٧-٢٦)
وَاٰتِ ذَا الْقُرْبٰى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكٖينَ وَابْنَ السَّبٖيلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذٖيرًا
17.26 - Ve âti zelgurbâ haggahû vel miskîne vebnes sebîli ve lâ tubezzir tebzîrâ.
17.26 - Akrabâya, yoksula ve yolcuya hakkını ver, fakat saçıp savurma.
(١٧-٢٧)
اِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرٖينَ كَانُوا اِخْوَانَ الشَّيَاطٖينِ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهٖ كَفُورًا
17.27 - İnnel mubezzirîne kânû ıhvâneş şeyâtîn, ve kâneş şeytânu lirabbihî kefûrâ.
17.27 - Çünkü savurganlar, şeytânların kardeşleri olmuşlardır. Şeytân ise Rabbine karşı çok nankördür!
(١٧-٢٨)
وَاِمَّا تُعْرِضَنَّ عَنْهُمُ ابْتِغَاءَ رَحْمَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكَ تَرْجُوهَا فَقُلْ لَهُمْ قَوْلًا مَيْسُورًا
17.28 - Ve immâ tuğridanne anhumubtiğâe rahmetim mir rabbike tercûhâ fegul lehum gavlem meysûrâ.
17.28 - Eğer (elin dar olduğu için) Rabbinden umduğun bir rahmeti bekleyerek onlardan yüz çevirecek, (onlara birşey vermeyecek) olursan, bari onlara yumuşak söz söyle.
(١٧-٢٩)
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً اِلٰى عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَحْسُورًا
17.29 - Ve lâ tec'al yedeke mağlûleten ilâ unugıke ve lâ tebsuthâ kullel bestı fetag'ude melûmem mahsûrâ.
17.29 - El(ler)ini boynuna bağlanmış yapma, tamamen de açma, sonra kınanır, hasret içinde kalırsın.
(١٧-٣٠)
اِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ اِنَّهُ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهٖ خَبٖيرًا بَصٖيرًا
17.30 - İnne rabbeke yebsutur rizga limey yeşâu ve yagdir, innehû kâne biıbâdihî habîram basîrâ.
17.30 - Rabbin dilediğine rızkı açar (bol bol verir, dilediğine) kısar. Çünkü O, kulları(nın hâli)ni bilir, görür.
(١٧-٣١)
وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا اَوْلَادَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ اِمْلَاقٍ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَاِیَّاكُمْ اِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْاً كَبٖيرًا
17.31 - Ve lâ tagtulû evlâdekum haşyete imlâg, nahnu nerzuguhum ve iyyâkum, inne gatlehum kâne hıt'en kebîrâ.
17.31 - Fakirlik korkusuyla çocuklarınızı öldürmeyin. Onları da sizi de biz besliyoruz. Onları öldürmek, büyük günâhtır.
(١٧-٣٢)
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنٰى اِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبٖيلًا
17.32 - Ve lâ tagrabuz zinâ innehû kâne fâhışeh, ve sâe sebîlâ.
17.32 - Zinâya yaklaşmayın, çünkü o, açık bir kötülüktür, çok kötü bir yoldur!
(١٧-٣٣)
وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتٖى حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهٖ سُلْطَانًا فَلَا يُسْرِفْ فِى الْقَتْلِ اِنَّهُ كَانَ مَنْصُورًا
17.33 - Ve lâ tagtulun nefselletî harramallâhu illâ bil hagg, ve men gutile mazlûmen fegad cealnâ liveliyyihî sultânen felâ yusrif filgatl, innehû kâne mensûrâ.
17.33 - Allâh'ın harâm kıldığı canı haksız yere öldürmeyin. Kim haksızlıkla öldürülürse, onun velisi(olan mirâsçısı)na yetki vermişizdir (öldürülenin hakkını arar. Fakat o da) öldürmede aşırı gitmesin. Çünkü kendisine yardım edilmiş(yetki verilmiş)tir.
(١٧-٣٤)
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتٖيمِ اِلَّا بِالَّتٖى هِىَ اَحْسَنُ حَتّٰى يَبْلُغَ اَشُدَّهُ وَاَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ اِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْؤُلًا
17.34 - Ve lâ tagrabû mâlel yetîmi illâ billetî hiye ahsenu hattâ yebluğa eşuddeh, ve evfû bil ahd, innel ahde kâne mes'ûlâ.
17.34 - Yetimin malına yaklaşmayın, ancak erginlik çağına erişinceye kadar en güzel bir tarzda (onun malını kullanıp geliştirebilirsiniz). Ahdi de yerine getirin, çünkü ahd'den sorulacaktır.
(١٧-٣٥)
وَاَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ اِذَا كِلْتُمْ وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقٖيمِ ذٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَاَحْسَنُ تَاْوٖيلًا
17.35 - Ve evful keyle izâ kiltum vezinû bilgıstâsil mustegîm, zâlike hayruv ve ahsenu teé'vîlâ.
17.35 - Ölçtüğünüz zaman ölçüyü tam yapın, doğru terazi ile tartın. Bu daha iyidir, sonuç bakımından da daha güzeldir.
(١٧-٣٦)
وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهٖ عِلْمٌ اِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ اُولٰئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْؤُلًا
17.36 - Ve lâ tagfu mâ leyse leke bihî ılm, innes sem'a vel basara vel fuâde kullu ulâike kâne anhu mes'ûlâ.
17.36 - Bilmediğin bir şeyin ardına düşme, çünkü kulak, göz ve gönül, bunların hepsi o(yaptığı)ndan sorumludur.
(١٧-٣٧)
وَلَا تَمْشِ فِى الْاَرْضِ مَرَحًا اِنَّكَ لَنْ تَخْرِقَ الْاَرْضَ وَلَنْ تَبْلُغَ الْجِبَالَ طُولًا
17.37 - Ve lâ temşi fil ardı merahâ, inneke len tahrigal arda ve len tebluğal cibâle tûlâ.
17.37 - Yeryüzünde kabara kabara yürüme. Çünkü sen yeri yırtamazsın, boyca da dağlara erişemezsin!
(١٧-٣٨)
كُلُّ ذٰلِكَ كَانَ سَيِّئُهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ مَكْرُوهًا
17.38 - Kullu zâlike kâne seyyiuhû ınde rabbike mekrûhâ.
17.38 - Bunlar("Allâh ile beraber başka tanrı edinme!" âyetinden itibaren sayılan fiiler)in hepsi, kötü olan, Rabbinin katında hoş görülmeyen şeylerdir.
(١٧-٣٩)
ذٰلِكَ مِمَّا اَوْحٰى اِلَيْكَ رَبُّكَ مِنَ الْحِكْمَةِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَ فَتُلْقٰى فٖى جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًا مَدْحُورًا
17.39 - Zâlike mimmâ evhâ ileyke rabbuke minel hıkmeh, ve lâ tec'al meallâhi ilâhen âhara fetulgâ fî cehenneme melûmem medhûra.
17.39 - Şunlar, Rabbinin, Hikmet'ten sana vahyettiği(emirleri)ndendir. Allâh ile berebar başka tanrı edinme, sonra kınanmış, (Allâh'ın rahmetinden) uzaklaştırılmış olarak cehenneme atılırsın.

اَفَاَصْفٰیكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ بِالْبَنٖينَ وَاتَّخَذَ مِنَ الْمَلٰئِكَةِ اِنَاثًا اِنَّكُمْ لَتَقُولُونَ قَوْلًا عَظٖيمًا
17.40 - Efe asfâkum rabbukum bil benîne vettehaze minel melâiketi inâsâ, innekum letegûlûne gavlen azîmâ.
17.40 - Rabbiniz, oğulları size seçti de kendisine meleklerden kadınlar mı edindi? Gerçekten siz büyük (çok tehlikeli) bir söz söylüyorsunuz!
(١٧-٤١)
وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فٖى هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا وَمَا يَزٖيدُهُمْ اِلَّا نُفُورًا
17.41 - Ve legad sarrafnâ fî hâzel gur'âni liyezzekkerû, ve mâ yezîduhum illâ nufûrâ.
17.41 - Biz Kur'ân'da sözü türlü biçimlerde anlattık ki, düşünüp anlasınlar. Fakat bu, onların sadece kaçışlarını artırıyor.

قُلْ لَوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ اٰلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ اِذًا لَابْتَغَوْا اِلٰى ذِى الْعَرْشِ سَبٖيلًا
17.42 - Gul lev kâne meahû âlihetun kemâ yegûlûne izel lebteğav ilâ zil arşi sebîlâ.
17.42 - De ki: "Eğer dedikleri gibi O'nunla beraber (başka) tanrılar olsaydı o zaman onlar da Arşın sâhibine gitmenin yolunu ararlardı.
(١٧-٤٣)
سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالٰى عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عُلُوًّا كَبٖيرًا
17.43 - Subhânehû ve teâlâ ammâ yegûlûne uluvven kebîrâ.
17.43 - Hâşâ, O, onların dediklerinden çok yücedir, uludur.
(١٧-٤٤)
تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ السَّمٰوَاتُ السَّبْعُ وَالْاَرْضُ وَمَنْ فٖيهِنَّ وَاِنْ مِنْ شَیْءٍ اِلَّا يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهٖ وَلٰكِنْ لَا تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبٖيحَهُمْ اِنَّهُ كَانَ حَلٖيمًا غَفُورًا
17.44 - Tusebbihu lehus semâvâtus seb'u vel ardu ve men fîhinn, ve im min şey'in illâ yusebbihu bihamdihî ve lâkil lâ tefgahûne tesbîhahum, innehû kâne halîmen ğafûrâ.
17.44 - Yedi gök, arz ve bunların içinde bulunanlar, O'nu tesbih ederler. O'nu övgü ile tesbih etmeyen hiçbir şey yoktur, ama siz onların tesbihlerini anlamazsınız. O, halimdir, çok bağışlayandır.

وَاِذَا قَرَاْتَ الْقُرْاٰنَ جَعَلْنَا بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ الَّذٖينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ حِجَابًا مَسْتُورًا
17.45 - Ve izâ garaé'tel gur'âne cealnâ beyneke ve beynellezîne lâ yué'minûne bil âhırati hıcâbem mestûrâ.
17.45 - Kur'ân okuduğun zaman seninle, âhirete inanmayanların arasına gizli bir perde çekeriz.
(١٧-٤٦)
وَجَعَلْنَا عَلٰى قُلُوبِهِمْ اَكِنَّةً اَنْ يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفٖى اٰذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًا وَاِذَا ذَكَرْتَ رَبَّكَ فِى الْقُرْاٰنِ وَحْدَهُ وَلَّوْا عَلٰى اَدْبَارِهِمْ نُفُورًا
17.46 - Ve cealnâ alâ gulûbihim ekinneten ey yefgahûhu ve fî âzânihim vagrâ, ve izâ zekerte rabbeke fil gur'âni vahdehû vellev alâ edbârihim nufûrâ.
17.46 - Kablerine -onu anlamalarına engel olacak- kabuklar, kulaklarına da bir ağırlık koyarız. Kur'ân'da yalnız Rabbini andığın zaman (tek Tanrı inancından hoşlanmadıkları için) arkalarına dönüp kaçarlar.
(١٧-٤٧)
نَحْنُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَسْتَمِعُونَ بِهٖ اِذْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ اِلَيْكَ وَاِذْ هُمْ نَجْوٰى اِذْ يَقُولُ الظَّالِمُونَ اِنْ تَتَّبِعُونَ اِلَّا رَجُلًا مَسْحُورًا
17.47 - Nahnu ağlemu bimâ yestemiûne bihî iz yestemiûne ileyke ve iz hum necvâ iz yegûluz zâlimûne in tettebiûne illâ raculem meshûrâ.
17.47 - Biz onların, seni dinlerken ne sebeple dinlediklerini, kendi aralarında gizli konuşurlarken de o zâlimlerin: "Siz büyülenmiş bir adamdan başkasına uymuyorsunuz!" dediklerini gâyet iyi biliyoruz.
(١٧-٤٨)
اُنْظُرْ كَيْفَ ضَرَبُوا لَكَ الْاَمْثَالَ فَضَلُّوا فَلَا يَسْتَطٖيعُونَ سَبٖيلًا
17.48 - Unzur keyfe darabû lekel emsâle fedallû felâ yestetîûne sebîlâ.
17.48 - Bak, nasıl misaller verdiler (seni şâ'ire, büyücüye, kâhine ve mecnuna benzettiler) de şaştılar. Artık bir daha yolu bulamazlar.
(١٧-٤٩)
وَقَالُوا ءَاِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدٖيدًا
17.49 - Ve gâlû eizâ kunna ızâmev ve rufâten en innâ lemeb'ûsûne halgan cedîdâ.
17.49 - Dediler ki: "Biz kemikler haline geldikten, ufalanıp toprak olduktan sonra mı sâhiden biz mi yeni bir yaratılışla diriltileceğiz?"
(١٧-٥٠)
قُلْ كُونُوا حِجَارَةً اَوْ حَدٖيدًا
17.50 - Gul kûnû hıcâraten ev hadîdâ.
17.50 - De ki: "İster taş olun, ister demir,"
(١٧-٥١)
اَوْ خَلْقًا مِمَّا يَكْبُرُ فٖى صُدُورِكُمْ فَسَيَقُولُونَ مَنْ يُعٖيدُنَا قُلِ الَّذٖى فَطَرَكُمْ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ اِلَيْكَ رُؤُسَهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتٰى هُوَ قُلْ عَسٰى اَنْ يَكُونَ قَرٖيبًا
17.51 - Ev halgam mimmâ yekburu fî sudûrikum, feseyegûlûne mey yuîdunâ, gulillezî fetarakum evvele merrah, feseyunğıdûne ileyke ruûsehum ve yegûlûne metâ hû, gul asâ ey yekûne garîbâ.
17.51 - İster gönlünüzde büyüyen, (aklınıza tuhaf gelen) herhangi bir yaratık, (ne olursanız olun, Allâh sizi mutlaka diriltecektir). Bizi kim tekrar (hayâta) döndürebilir?" diyecekler. "Sizi ilk defa yaratan (döndürür)" de. Sana alaylı alaylı başlarını sallayacaklar ve: "Ne zaman o?" diyecekler. "Pek yakın olabilir" de.
(١٧-٥٢)
يَوْمَ يَدْعُوكُمْ فَتَسْتَجٖيبُونَ بِحَمْدِهٖ وَتَظُنُّونَ اِنْ لَبِثْتُمْ اِلَّا قَلٖيلًا
17.52 - Yevme yed'ûkum fetestecîbûne bihamdihî ve tezunnûne il lebistum illâ galîlâ.
17.52 - Sizi çağıracağı gün O'na hamdederek çağrısına uyarsınız (dirilip kalkarsınız) ve (dünyâda) pek az kaldığınızı sanırsınız.
(١٧-٥٣)
وَقُلْ لِعِبَادٖى يَقُولُوا الَّتٖى هِىَ اَحْسَنُ اِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَنْزَغُ بَيْنَهُمْ اِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ كَانَ لِلْاِنْسَانِ عَدُوًّا مُبٖينًا
17.53 - Ve gul liıbâdî yegûlulletî hiye ahsen, inneş şeytâne yenzeğu beynehum, inneş şeytâne kâne lil insâni aduvvem mubînâ.
17.53 - Kullarıma söyle: En güzel sözü söylesinler (puta tapanlara sert davranmasınlar). Çünkü şeytân aralarına girer (onları tartışmaya ve kavgaya dürtükler). Doğrusu şeytân, insanın apaçık düşmanıdır.
(١٧-٥٤)
رَبُّكُمْ اَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ اِنْ يَشَاْ يَرْحَمْكُمْ اَوْ اِنْ يَشَاْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ وَمَا اَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكٖيلًا
17.54 - Rabbukum ağlemu bikum, iy yeşeé' yerhamkum ev iy yeşeé' yuazzibkum, ve mâ erselnâke aleyhim vekîlâ.
17.54 - Rabbiniz sizi daha iyi bilir. Dilerse size acır, dilerse size azâbeder. Biz seni, onların üzerine vekil göndermedik.
(١٧-٥٥)
وَرَبُّكَ اَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ فِى السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَلَقَدْ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَ النَّبِيّٖنَ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ وَاٰتَيْنَا دَاوُدَ زَبُورًا
17.55 - Ve rabbuke ağlemu bimen fis semâvâti vel ard, ve legad faddalnâ bağdan nebiyyîne alâ bağdiv ve âteynâ dâvûde zebûrâ.
17.55 - Rabbin, göklerde ve yerde olan kimseleri daha iyi bilir (O, peygamber olmağa kimi lâyık görürse onu seçer). Andolsun ki biz, peygamberlerin kimini kimine üstün kıldık, Dâvûd'a da Zebûr'u verdik.
(١٧-٥٦)
قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذٖينَ زَعَمْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهٖ فَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ عَنْكُمْ وَلَا تَحْوٖيلًا
17.56 - Gulid'ullezîne zeamtum min dûnihî felâ yemlikûne keşfed durri ankum ve lâ tahvîlâ.
17.56 - De ki: "O'ndan başka (tanrı olduğunu) sandığınız şeylere yalvarın; onlar ne sizden sıkıntıyı kaldırabilirler, ne de (onu) başka bir yana çevirebilirler.
(١٧-٥٧)
اُولٰئِكَ الَّذٖينَ يَدْعُونَ يَبْتَغُونَ اِلٰى رَبِّهِمُ الْوَسٖيلَةَ اَيُّهُمْ اَقْرَبُ وَيَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَهُ وَيَخَافُونَ عَذَابَهُ اِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ كَانَ مَحْذُورًا
17.57 - Ulâikellezîne yed'ûne yebteğûne ilâ rabbihimul vesîlete eyyuhum agrabu ve yercûne rahmetehû ve yehâfûne azâbeh, inne azâbe rabbike kâne mahzûrâ.
17.57 - O yalvardıkları da, onların (Allah'a) en yakın olan(lar)ı da Rablerine yaklaşmak için vesile ararlar; O'nun merhametini umarlar, azâbından korkarlar. Çünkü Rabbinin azâbı, cidden korkunçtur.
(١٧-٥٨)
وَاِنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ اِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ اَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدٖيدًا كَانَ ذٰلِك فِى الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا
17.58 - Ve im min garyetin illâ nahnu muhlikûhâ gable yevmil gıyâmeti ev muazzibûhâ azâben şedîdâ, kâne zâlike fil kitâbi mestûrâ.
17.58 - Hiçbir kent yoktur ki biz, kıyâmet gününden önce onu yok edecek, yahut ona şiddetli bir şekilde azâbedecek olmayalım. Bu, Kitapta yazılmıştır.
(١٧-٥٩)
وَمَا مَنَعَنَا اَنْ نُرْسِلَ بِالْاٰيَاتِ اِلَّا اَنْ كَذَّبَ بِهَا الْاَوَّلُونَ وَاٰتَيْنَا ثَمُودَ النَّاقَةَ مُبْصِرَةً فَظَلَمُوا بِهَا وَمَا نُرْسِلُ بِالْاٰيَاتِ اِلَّا تَخْوٖيفًا
17.59 - Ve mâ meneanâ en nursile bil âyâti illâ en kezzebe bihel evvelûn, ve âteynâ semûden nâgate mubsıraten fezalemû bihâ, ve mâ nursilu bil âyâti illâ tahvîfâ.
17.59 - Bizi âyetler (mu'cizeler) göndermekten alıkoyan şey, evvelkilerin, (onları) yalanlamış olmasıdır. Semûd(kavmin)e açık bir mu'cize olarak dişi deveyi verdik, o zulmetmelerine sebeb oldu (deveyi boğazlayarak kedilerine yazık etmiş oldular). Biz mu'cizeleri, yalnız korkutmak için göndeririz.
(١٧-٦٠)
وَاِذْ قُلْنَا لَكَ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ اَحَاطَ بِالنَّاسِ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الرُّءْيَا الَّتٖى اَرَيْنَاكَ اِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِلنَّاسِ وَالشَّجَرَةَ الْمَلْعُونَةَ فِى الْقُرْاٰنِ وَنُخَوِّفُهُمْ فَمَا يَزٖيدُهُمْ اِلَّا طُغْيَانًا كَبٖيرًا
17.60 - Ve iz gulnâ leke inne rabbeke ehâta bin nâs, ve mâ cealner rué'yelletî eraynâke illâ fitnetel linnâsi veş şeceratel mel'ûnete fil gur'ân, ve nuhavvifuhum femâ yezîduhum illâ tuğyânen kebîrâ.
17.60 - Bir zaman sana: "Rabbin insanları kuşatmıştır, (suçluları cezalandırmak üzeredir)" demiştik. Sana gösterdiğimiz rü'yâyı ve Kur'ân'da la'netlenmiş ağacı, insanları(n imanını) sınama (aracı) yaptık. Biz onları (çeşitli biçimlerde) korkutuyoruz. Fakat korkutmamız onların azgınlıklarını daha da artırmaktan başka bir katkı yapmıyor.
(١٧-٦١)
وَاِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلٰئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِاٰدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا اِلَّا اِبْلٖيسَ قَالَ ءَاَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طٖينًا
17.61 - Ve iz gulnâ lilmelâiketiscudû liâdeme fesecedû illâ iblîs, gâle eescudu limen halagte tînâ.
17.61 - Bir zaman meleklere: "Âdem'e secde edin!" demiştik. Secde ettiler, yalnız İblis etmedi: "Ben çamur olarak yarattığın kimseye secde eder miyim? dedi.
(١٧-٦٢)
قَالَ اَرَاَيْتَكَ هٰذَا الَّذٖى كَرَّمْتَ عَلَیَّ لَئِنْ اَخَّرْتَنِ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ لَاَحْتَنِكَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتَهُ اِلَّا قَلٖيلًا
17.62 - Gâle eraeyteke hâzellezî kerramte aleyy, lein ahharteni ilâ yevmil gıyâmeti leahtenikenne zurriyyetehû illâ galîlâ.
17.62 - Şu benden üstün yaptığını gördün mü (nesi var onun ki onu benden üstün kıldın)? Andolsun, eğer beni kıyâmet gününe kadar ertelersen, onun zürriyetini, pek azı hariç kökünden koparıp sürükleyeceğim! dedi.
(١٧-٦٣)
قَالَ اذْهَبْ فَمَنْ تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ فَاِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ جَزَاؤُكُمْ جَزَاءً مَوْفُورًا
17.63 - Gâlezheb femen tebiake minhum feinne cehenneme cezâukum cezâem mevfûrâ.
17.63 - (Allâh) "(defol) git, dedi, onlardan kim sana uyarsa cezânız cehennemdir, mükemmel bir cezâ (size)!"
(١٧-٦٤)
وَاسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُمْ بِصَوْتِكَ وَاَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِى الْاَمْوَالِ وَالْاَوْلَادِ وَعِدْهُمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ اِلَّا غُرُورًا
17.64 - Vestefziz menistetağte minhum bisavtike ve eclib aleyhim bihaylike ve racilike ve şârikhum fil emvâli vel evlâdi ve ıdhum, ve mâ yeıduhumuş şeytânu illâ ğurûrâ.
17.64 - Onlardan gücünün yettiğini sesinle yerinden oynat; atlıların ve yayalarınla onların üzerine yaygarayı bas; mallarda ve evlâdlarda onlara ortak ol; onlara (çeşitli) va'dler yap (va'dlerinle onları oyala); şeytân, onlara aldatmadan başka bir şey va'detmez.
(١٧-٦٥)
اِنَّ عِبَادٖى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ وَكَفٰى بِرَبِّكَ وَكٖيلًا
17.65 - İnne ıbâdî leyse leke aleyhim sultân, ve kefâ birabbike vekîlâ.
17.65 - Benim (gerçek) kullarım(a gelince) senin onlar(ı kandırmağ)a gücün yetmez! vekil olarak Rabbin yeter.
(١٧-٦٦)
رَبُّكُمُ الَّذٖى يُزْجٖى لَكُمُ الْفُلْكَ فِى الْبَحْرِ لِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ اِنَّهُ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحٖيمًا
17.66 - Rabbukumullezî yuzcî lekumul fulke fil bahri litebteğû min fadlih, innehû kâne bikum rahîmâ.
17.66 - (Ey insanlar), Rabbiniz O'dur ki lutfundan (payınızı) aramanız için size gemileri denizde yürütür. Doğrsu O, size çok acır.
(١٧-٦٧)
وَاِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فِى الْبَحْرِ ضَلَّ مَنْ تَدْعُونَ اِلَّا اِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا نَجّٰیكُمْ اِلَى الْبَرِّ اَعْرَضْتُمْ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ كَفُورًا
17.67 - Ve izâ messekumud durru fil bahri dalle men ted'ûne illâ iyyâh, felemmâ neccâkum ilel berri ağradtum, ve kânel insânu kefûrâ.
17.67 - Denizde size bir sıkıntı (boğulma korkusu) dokunduğu zaman O'ndan başka bütün yalvardıklarınız kaybolur (artık o zaman, Allah'tan başka kimseden yardım istemezsiniz. Çünkü O'ndan başka sizi kurtaracak kimse yoktur). Fakat (O) sizi kurtarıp karaya çıkarınca yine (Allâh'ı bir tanımaktan) yüz çevirirsiniz. Gerçekten insan nankördür.
(١٧-٦٨)
اَفَاَمِنْتُمْ اَنْ يَخْسِفَ بِكُمْ جَانِبَ الْبَرِّ اَوْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا لَكُمْ وَكٖيلًا
17.68 - Efeemintum ey yahsife bikum cânibel berri ev yursile aleykum hâsıben summe lâ tecidû lekum vekîlâ.
17.68 - (Allâh'ın) Karayı ters çevirip sizi batırmayacağından, yahut üzerinize taşlar savuran bir kasırga göndermeyeceğinden emin misiniz? (Ki bunlar olduktan) Sonra kendinize bir koruyucu bulamazsınız!
(١٧-٦٩)
اَمْ اَمِنْتُمْ اَنْ يُعٖيدَكُمْ فٖيهِ تَارَةً اُخْرٰى فَيُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ قَاصِفًا مِنَ الرّٖيحِ فَيُغْرِقَكُمْ بِمَا كَفَرْتُمْ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا بِهٖ تَبٖيعًا
17.69 - Em emintum ey yuîdekum fîhi târaten uhrâ feyursile aleykum gâsıfem miner rîhı feyuğrigakum bimâ kefertum summe lâ tecidû lekum aleynâ bihî tebîâ.
17.69 - Yoksa O'nun sizi bir kez daha denize gönderip, üstünüze, kırıp geçiren bir fırtına salarak inkâr ettiğinizden dolayı sizi boğmayacağından emin misiniz? O zaman bize karşı sizi izleyip koruyacak birini bulamazsınız!
(١٧-٧٠)
وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنٖى اٰدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِى الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلٰى كَثٖيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضٖيلًا
17.70 - Ve legad kerramnâ benî âdeme ve hamelnâhum fil berri vel bahri ve razagnâhum minet tayyibâti ve faddalnâhum alâ kesîrim mimmen halagnâ tefdîlâ.
17.70 - Andolsun biz, Âdem oğullarına çok ikrâm ettik: onları karada ve denizde (hayvanlar ve taşıtlar üzerinde) taşıdık. Onları güzel rızıklarla besledik ve onları yarattıklarımızın bir çoğundan üstün kıldık.
(١٧-٧١)
يَوْمَ نَدْعُوا كُلَّ اُنَاسٍ بِاِمَامِهِمْ فَمَنْ اُوتِىَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمٖينِهٖ فَاُولٰئِكَ يَقْرَؤُنَ كِتَابَهُمْ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ فَتٖيلًا
17.71 - Yevme ned'û kulle unâsim biimâmihim, femen ûtiye kitâbehû biyemînihî feulâike yagraûne kitâbehum ve lâ yuzlemûne fetîlâ.
17.71 - Her milleti, imâmıyla (eylemlerini saptayan defteriyle veya izlediği önderiyle) çağırdığımız gün, kimlerin Kitabı sağından verilirse işte onlar, Kitaplarını okurlar ve en ufak bir haksızlığa uğratılmazlar.
(١٧-٧٢)
وَمَنْ كَانَ فٖى هٰذِهٖ اَعْمٰى فَهُوَ فِى الْاٰخِرَةِ اَعْمٰى وَاَضَلُّ سَبٖيلًا
17.72 - Ve men kâne fî hâzihî ağmâ fehuve fil âhırati ağmâ ve edallu sebîlâ.
17.72 - Şu dünyâda kör olan kimse, âhirette de kördür (dünyâda doğru yolu göremeyen, âhirette de kurtuluş yolunu göremeyecektir, hattâ onun) yolu daha da sapıktır.
(١٧-٧٣)
وَاِنْ كَادُوا لَيَفْتِنُونَكَ عَنِ الَّذٖى اَوْحَيْنَا اِلَيْكَ لِتَفْتَرِىَ عَلَيْنَا غَيْرَهُ وَاِذًا لَاتَّخَذُوكَ خَلٖيلًا
17.73 - Ve in kâdû leyeftinûneke anillezî evhaynâ ileyke litefteriye aleyna ğayrah, ve izel lettehazûke halîlâ.
17.73 - Az daha onlar, baskı ile seni, sana vahyettiğimizden ayırarak ondan başkasını üstümüze atman için kandıracaklardı. İşte o zaman seni dost edinirlerdi.
(١٧-٧٤)
وَلَوْلَا اَنْ ثَبَّتْنَاكَ لَقَدْ كِدْتَ تَرْكَنُ اِلَيْهِمْ شَيْپًا قَلٖيلًا
17.74 - Ve lev lâ en sebbetnâke legad kidte terkenu ileyhim şey'en galîlâ.
17.74 - Eğer biz seni sağlamlaştırmamış olsaydık, onlara bir parça yanaşacaktın.
(١٧-٧٥)
اِذًا لَاَذَقْنَاكَ ضِعْفَ الْحَيٰوةِ وَضِعْفَ الْمَمَاتِ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ عَلَيْنَا نَصٖيرًا
17.75 - İzel leezagnâke dığfel hayâti ve dığfel memâti summe lâ tecidu leke aleynâ nasîrâ.
17.75 - O takdirde sana hayâtın da, ölümün de kat kat(azâb)ını taddırırdık. Sonra bize karşı bir yardımcı da bulamazdın.
(١٧-٧٦)
وَاِنْ كَادُوا لَيَسْتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ الْاَرْضِ لِيُخْرِجُوكَ مِنْهَا وَاِذًا لَا يَلْبَثُونَ خِلَافَكَ اِلَّا قَلٖيلًا
17.76 - Ve in kâdû leyestefizzûneke minel ardı liyuhricûke minhâ ve izel lâ yelbesûne hılâfeke illâ galîlâ.
17.76 - Neredeyse seni yurdundan çıkarmak için tedirgin edeceklerdi. O takdirde kendileri de senin ardından pek az kalabilirler.
(١٧-٧٧)
سُنَّةَ مَنْ قَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِنْ رُسُلِنَا وَلَا تَجِدُ لِسُنَّتِنَا تَحْوٖيلًا
17.77 - Sunnete men gad erselnâ gableke mir rusulinâ ve lâ tecidu lisunnetinâ tahvîlâ.
17.77 - Senden önce gönderdiğimiz elçilerimizin de yasası (budur). Bizim yasamızda bir değişiklik bulamazsın.
(١٧-٧٨)
اَقِمِ الصَّلٰوةَ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ اِلٰى غَسَقِ الَّيْلِ وَقُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِ اِنَّ قُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا
17.78 - Egımis salâte lidulûkuş şemsi ilâ ğasegıl leyli ve gur'ânel fecr, inne gur'ânel fecri kâne meşhûdâ.
17.78 - Güneşin sarkmasından (aşağı kaymasından) gecenin kararmasına (yatsı vaktine) kadar namaz kıl ve sabahın Kur'ân'ın(ı, uzunca Kur'ân okunan sabah namazını) da (unutma). Çünkü sabah Kur'ân (okuması) görülecek şeydir.
(١٧-٧٩)
وَمِنَ الَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهٖ نَافِلَةً لَكَ عَسٰى اَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا
17.79 - Ve minel leyli fetehecced bihî nâfiletel lek, asâ ey yeb'aseke rabbuke megâmem mahmûdâ.
17.79 - Ayrıca sana özgü olarak gecenin bir kısmında da Kur'ân oku(yup namaz kıl)mak üzere uyan! Rabbinin seni güzel bir makama ulaştırması umulur.
(١٧-٨٠)
وَقُلْ رَبِّ اَدْخِلْنٖى مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَاَخْرِجْنٖى مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَلْ لٖى مِنْ لَدُنْكَ سُلْطَانًا نَصٖيرًا
17.80 - Ve gur rabbi edhılnî mudhale sıdgıv ve ahricnî muhrace sıdgıv vec'al lî mil ledunke sultânen nasîrâ.
17.80 - De ki: "Rabbim, beni doğruluk girdirişiyle girdir ve beni doğruluk çıkarışiyle çıkar. Bana katından yardımcı bir güç ver."
(١٧-٨١)
وَقُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ اِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا
17.81 - Ve gul câel haggu ve zehegal bâtıl, innel bâtıle kâne zehûgâ.
17.81 - De ki: "Hak geldi, bâtıl gitti; zaten bâtıl yok olmağa mahkûmdur."
(١٧-٨٢)
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْاٰنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنٖينَ وَلَا يَزٖيدُ الظَّالِمٖينَ اِلَّا خَسَارًا
17.82 - Ve nunezzilu minel gur'âni mâ huve şifâuv ve rahmetul lilmué'minîne ve lâ yezîduz zâlimîne illâ hasârâ.
17.82 - Biz Kur'ân'dan mü'minlere şifâ ve rahmet olan şeyler indiriyoruz. Ama bu, zâlimlerin ziyanını artırmaktan başka bir katkıda bulunmaz.
(١٧-٨٣)
وَاِذَا اَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الْاِنْسَانِ اَعْرَضَ وَنَاٰ بِجَانِبِهٖ وَاِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ كَانَ يَؤُسًا
17.83 - Ve izâ en'amnâ alel insâni ağrada ve neâ bicânibih, ve izâ messehuş şerru kâne yeûsâ.
17.83 - İnsana ni'met verdiğimiz zaman, yüz çevirip yan çizer. Ona bir zarar dokununca da umutsuzluğa düşer.
(١٧-٨٤)
قُلْ كُلٌّ يَعْمَلُ عَلٰى شَاكِلَتِهٖ فَرَبُّكُمْ اَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ هُوَ اَهْدٰى سَبٖيلًا
17.84 - Gul kulluy yağmelu alâ şâkiletih, ferabbukum ağlemu bimen huve ehdâ sebîlâ.
17.84 - De ki: "Herkes kendi karakterine göre hareket eder. Rabbiniz kimin en doğru yolda olduğunu daha iyi bilir."
(١٧-٨٥)
وَيَسْپَلُونَكَ عَنِ الرُّوحِ قُلِ الرُّوحُ مِنْ اَمْرِ رَبّٖى وَمَا اُوتٖيتُمْ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ اِلَّا قَلٖيلًا
17.85 - Ve yes'elûneke anir rûh, gulir rûhu min emri rabbî ve mâ ûtîtum minel ılmi illâ galîlâ.
17.85 - Sana ruhtan sorarlar. De ki: "Ruh, Rabbimin emrindendir. Size ilimden pek az bir şey verilmiştir."
(١٧-٨٦)
وَلَئِنْ شِئْنَا لَنَذْهَبَنَّ بِالَّذٖى اَوْحَيْنَا اِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهٖ عَلَيْنَا وَكٖيلًا
17.86 - Ve lein şié'nâ lenezhebenne billezî evhaynâ ileyke summe lâ tecidu leke bihî aleynâ vekîlâ.
17.86 - Andolsun, biz dilesek, sana vahyettiğimiz(âyetler)i tamamen gideririz; sonra onun (geri alınması) için bize karşı sana bir yardımcı bulamazsın.
(١٧-٨٧)
اِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِنْ رَبِّكَ اِنَّ فَضْلَهُ كَانَ عَلَيْكَ كَبٖيرًا
17.87 - İlla rahmetem mir rabbik, inne fadlehû kâne aleyke kebîrâ.
17.87 - Ancak Rabbin sana acıyarak âyetlerini geri almamaktadır. Çünkü O'nun sana olan lutfu cidden büyüktür.
(١٧-٨٨)
قُلْ لَئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الْاِنْسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلٰى اَنْ يَاْتُوا بِمِثْلِ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ لَا يَاْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهٖ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهٖيرًا
17.88 - Gul leinictemeatil insu vel cinnu alâ ey yeé'tû bimisli hâzel gur'âni lâ yeé'tûne bimislihî ve lev kâne bağduhum libağdın zahîrâ.
17.88 - De ki: "Andolsun eğer insan(lar) ve cin(ler) bu Kur'ân'ın bir benzerini getirmek üzere toplansalar ve birbirlerine arka ol(up yardım et)seler yine onun benzerini getiremezler."
(١٧-٨٩)
وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فٖى هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَثَلٍ فَاَبٰى اَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ اِلَّا كُفُورًا
17.89 - Ve legad sarrafnâ linnâsi fî hâzel gur'âni min kulli mesel, feebâ ekserun nâsi illâ kufûrâ.
17.89 - Andolsun biz bu Kur'ân'da insanlara her çeşit misali türlü biçimlerde anlattık, ama insanlardan çoğu inkârda direttiler.
(١٧-٩٠)
وَقَالُوا لَنْ نُؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتّٰى تَفْجُرَ لَنَا مِنَ الْاَرْضِ يَنْبُوعًا
17.90 - Ve gâlû len nué'mine leke hattâ tefcura lenâ minel ardı yembûâ.
17.90 - Dediler ki: "Yerden bize bir göze fışkırtmadıkça sana inanmayız!"
(١٧-٩١)
اَوْ تَكُونَ لَكَ جَنَّةٌ مِنْ نَخٖيلٍ وَعِنَبٍ فَتُفَجِّرَ الْاَنْهَارَ خِلَالَهَا تَفْجٖيرًا
17.91 - Ev tekûne leke cennetum min nahîliv ve ınebin fetufecciral enhâra hılâlehâ tefcîrâ.
17.91 - Yahut senin hurmalardan ve üzümlerden oluşan bir bahçen olmalı, aralarından ırmaklar fışkırtmalısın!
(١٧-٩٢)
اَوْ تُسْقِطَ السَّمَاءَ كَمَا زَعَمْتَ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا اَوْ تَاْتِىَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْمَلٰئِكَةِ قَبٖيلًا
17.92 - Ev tusgıtas semâe kemâ zeamte aleynâ kisefen ev teé'tiye billâhi vel melâiketi gabîlâ.
17.92 - Yahut zannettiğin gibi üzerimize gökten parçalar düşürmelisin, yahut Allâh'ı ve melekleri karşımıza getirmelisin (onlar senin doğru söylediğine şâhidlik etmelidirler)!
(١٧-٩٣)
اَوْ يَكُونَ لَكَ بَيْتٌ مِنْ زُخْرُفٍ اَوْ تَرْقٰى فِى السَّمَاءِ وَلَنْ نُؤْمِنَ لِرُقِيِّكَ حَتّٰى تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَابًا نَقْرَؤُهُ قُلْ سُبْحَانَ رَبّٖى هَلْ كُنْتُ اِلَّا بَشَرًا رَسُولًا
17.93 - Ev yekûne leke beytum min zuhrufin ev tergâ fis semâé', ve len nué'mine lirugıyyike hattâ tunezzile aleynâ kitâben nagrauh, gul subhâne rabbî hel kuntu illâ beşerar rasûlâ.
17.93 - Yahut altundan bir evin olmalı, ya da göğe çıkmalısın. Ama, sen üzerimize, okuyacağımız bir Kitap indirmedikçe senin sadece göğe çıkmana da inanmayız! De ki: "Rabbimin şânı yücedir. (Böyle şeyleri yapmak benim işim değildir). Ben, sadece elçi ol(arak gönderil)en bir insan değil miyim?"
(١٧-٩٤)
وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ اَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا اِذْ جَاءَهُمُ الْهُدٰى اِلَّا اَنْ قَالُوا اَبَعَثَ اللّٰهُ بَشَرًا رَسُولًا
17.94 - Ve mâ menean nâse ey yué'minû iz câehumul hudâ illâ en gâlû ebeasallâhu beşerar rasûlâ.
17.94 - Zâten kendilerine hidâyet geldiği zaman insanları doğru yola gelmekten alıkoyan şey, hep: "Allâh, bir insanı elçi mi gönderdi?" demeleridir.
(١٧-٩٥)
قُلْ لَوْ كَانَ فِى الْاَرْضِ مَلٰئِكَةٌ يَمْشُونَ مُطْمَئِنّٖينَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَلَكًا رَسُولًا
17.95 - Gul lev kâne fil ardı melâiketuy yemşûne mutmeinnîne lenezzelnâ aleyhim mines semâi meleker rasûlâ.
17.95 - De ki: "Eğer yer yüzünde uslu uslu yürüyen melekler olsaydı, elbette onlara gökten bir meleği elçi gönderirdik."
(١٧-٩٦)
قُلْ كَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ شَهٖيدًا بَيْنٖى وَبَيْنَكُمْ اِنَّهُ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهٖ خَبٖيرًا بَصٖيرًا
17.96 - Gul kefâ billâhi şehîdem beynî ve beynekum, innehû kâne biıbâdihî habîram basîrâ.
17.96 - De ki: "Benimle sizin aranızda şâhid olarak Allâh yeter. O, kulları(nın halleri)ni haber alır, görür."
(١٧-٩٧)
وَمَنْ يَهْدِ اللّٰهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَنْ تَجِدَ لَهُمْ اَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِهٖ وَنَحْشُرُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ عَلٰى وُجُوهِهِمْ عُمْيًا وَبُكْمًا وَصُمًّا مَاْوٰيهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ كُلَّمَا خَبَتْ زِدْنَاهُمْ سَعٖيرًا
17.97 - Ve mey yehdillâhu fehuvel muhted, ve mey yudlil felen tecide lehum evliyâe min dûnih, ve nahşuruhum yevmel gıyâmeti alâ vucûhihim umyev ve bukmev ve summâ, meé'vâhum cehennem, kullemâ habet zidnâhum seîrâ.
17.97 - Allâh kime hidâyet ederse, işte doğru yolu bulan odur. Kimi de sapıklıkta bırakırsa artık onlar için O'ndan başka veliler bulamazsın. Kıyâmet günü onları, yüzükoyun, kör, dilsiz ve sağır bir halde süreriz. Varacakları yer cehennemdir. Ateş her dindikçe, onlara çılgın alevi artırırız.
(١٧-٩٨)
ذٰلِكَ جَزَاؤُهُمْ بِاَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاٰيَاتِنَا وَقَالُوا ءَاِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدٖيدًا
17.98 - Zâlike cezâuhum biennehum keferû biâyâtinâ ve gâlû eizâ kunnâ ızâmev ve rufâten einnâ lemeb'ûsûne halgan cedîdâ.
17.98 - İşte cezâları budur. Çünkü onlar, âyetlerimizi inkâr ettiler ve: "Biz kemikler ve ufalanmış toprak haline geldikten sonra mı, biz mi yeni bir yaratılışla diriltileceğiz?" dediler.
(١٧-٩٩)
اَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ الَّذٖى خَلَقَ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلٰى اَنْ يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ اَجَلًا لَا رَيْبَ فٖيهِ فَاَبَى الظَّالِمُونَ اِلَّا كُفُورًا
17.99 - E ve lem yerav ennallâhellezî halegas semâvâti vel arda gâdirun alâ ey yahluga mislehum ve ceale lehum ecelel lâ raybe fîh, feebez zâlimûne illâ kufûrâ.
17.99 - Görmediler mi ki, gökleri ve yeri yaratan Allâh, kendilerinin benzerini yaratmağa da kâdirdir? Kendileri için, bir süre koymuştur, onda hiç şüphe yoktur. Ama zâlimler inkârdan başka bir şey yapmazlar.
(١٧-١٠٠)
قُلْ لَوْ اَنْتُمْ تَمْلِكُونَ خَزَائِنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبّٖى اِذًا لَاَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ الْاِنْفَاقِ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ قَتُورًا
17.100 - Gul lev entum temlikûne hazâine rahmeti rabbî izel leemsektum haşyetel infâg, ve kânel insânu gatûrâ.
17.100 - De ki: "Eğer Rabbimin rahmet hazinelerine siz sâhip olsaydınız, harcamaktan korkarak tutardınız." Gerçekten insan çok cimridir!
(١٧-١٠١)
وَلَقَدْ اٰتَيْنَا مُوسٰى تِسْعَ اٰيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ فَسْپَلْ بَنٖى اِسْرَایٖٔلَ اِذْ جَاءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ فِرْعَوْنُ اِنّٖى لَاَظُنُّكَ يَا مُوسٰى مَسْحُورًا
17.101 - Ve legad âteynâ mûsâ tis'a âyâtim beyyinâtin fes'el benî isrâîle iz câehum fegâle lehû fir'avnu innî leezunnuke yâ mûsâ meshûrâ.
17.101 - Andolsun biz Mûsâ'ya açık açık dokuz mu'cize vermiştik. İşte İsrâil oğullarına sor: Mûsâ onlara gelmiş; Fir'avn ona: "Ey Mûsâ, ben seni büyülenmiş sanıyorum" demişti.
(١٧-١٠٢)
قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا اَنْزَلَ هٰؤُلَاءِ اِلَّا رَبُّ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ بَصَائِرَ وَاِنّٖى لَاَظُنُّكَ يَا فِرْعَوْنُ مَثْبُورًا
17.102 - Gâle legad alimte mâ enzele hâulâi illâ rabbus semâvâti vel ardı besâir, ve innî leezunnuke yâ fir'avnu mesbûrâ.
17.102 - Mûsâ dedi ki: "Bunları, ancak göklerin ve yerin Rabbinin, (benim doğruluğumu belgeleyen) kanıtlar olarak indirdiğini pekâlâ bildin. Ey Fir'avn, ben de seni mahvolmuş görüyorum."
(١٧-١٠٣)
فَاَرَادَ اَنْ يَسْتَفِزَّهُمْ مِنَ الْاَرْضِ فَاَغْرَقْنَاهُ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ جَمٖيعًا
17.103 - Feerâde ey yestefizzehum minel ardı feağragnâhu ve mem meahû cemîâ.
17.103 - Fir'avn onları o ülkeden sürüp çıkarmak istedi, biz de onu, yanındakilerle birlikte toptan boğduk.
(١٧-١٠٤)
وَقُلْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهٖ لِبَنٖى اِسْرَایٖٔلَ اسْكُنُوا الْاَرْضَ فَاِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْاٰخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفٖيفًا
17.104 - Ve gulnâ mim bağdihî libenî isrâîleskunul arda feizâ câe vağdul âhırati cié'nâ bikum lefîfâ.
17.104 - Onun ardından İsrâil oğullarına: "O ülkede oturun, âhiret zamanı gelince hepinizi toplayıp bir araya getireceğiz," dedik.

17.107 - De ki: "Siz ister ona inanın, ister inanmayın, O, daha önce kendilerine bilgi verilenlere okunduğu zaman onlar, derhal çeneleri üstüne secdeye kapanırlar."

17.110 - De ki: "İster Allâh diye çağırın, ister Rahmân diye çağırın. Hangisiyle çağırsanız en güzel isimler O'nundur." Namazında pek bağırma, pek de sesini gizleme, bu ikisinin arasında bir yol tut.
