kendilerine beyyine/apaçık olan - içinde değerli yasalar/kitaplar olan
tertemiz sahifeleri okuyan, yani, bunları yaşamda gösteren, iyilikler, fedakarlıklar yapan ve yaşayan, Allah tarafından gönderilmiş bir elçi – gelinceye kadar
münfek/güçsüz/takatsiz/birbirinden sökülmüş olmadılar.
4-Ve o, kendilerine kitap/yasa verilen kişiler,
(maalesef) ancak kendilerine beyyine/açık kanıt, Kuran, evrensel ilkeler geldikten sonra
ayrılığa düştüler/AYRIŞMAYA başladılar
Ayırt edici tek ölçü Kurandır. Kuranı, ölçü yapınca iman edenler ve diğerleri ayrışır. Kuran tek ahlak ölçüsü olarak ele alındığında saflar belirginleşir.
Önde olanlar, ileri gelenler, yönetenler, makam ve mevkilere oturanlar ve buyruk sahiplerine ve sundukları tüm kurallara karşı KURAN VE İLKELERİ ortaya konulunca ayrışma başlar.
Kuranı ikra yapmak, topluma yaptırmak ve yaşayan Kuran olmak esastır. Değişim de böyle başlamaktadır. Birey veya topluluk yaşayan Kuran olmakla birlikte ayrışma gerçekleşmekte ve değişim ve dönüşüm başlamaktadır.
Bu ayetlerde her yerde, herkese karşı ve her durumda KURAN VE İLKELERİNİN açıkça ortaya konulması, yaşanılması durumunda, ayrışmanın olacağı ve değişim ve dönüşümün başlayacağı ilkesi açıklanmaktadır. Nitekim sonraki ayetlerde de insandan beklenilenin de bu gerçek olduğu vurgusu, dini/yaşamı yalnız Allah'a hâlis kılma ve sadece Ona kul olma, yani onun ilkelerine aykırılığı hali reddetme emredilerek yapılmaktadır.
İşte sorun burada başlamaktadır. Rabbimiz kim, bizi kim terbiye ediyor. Ahlakımızı yaşamımızı, kurallarımızı, sistemimizi, düzenimizi kim belirliyor. Neyi ölçü alıyoruz. Yaşam amacımız ne. Ne için yaşıyor, ölesiye çabalıyoruz. Mal, mülk, makam vb şeyleri araç olmaktan çıkarıp amaç mı edinmişiz. Bunların kölesi kulu mu olmuşuz. Varsa yoksa çoğaltma yarışının tutsağı mıyız. Bu ve benzeri soruların cevabı için KURAN VE İLKELERİ önümüze aldığımızda, durumu görüp, seçimimizi yeniden yapılandırmalı ve yolumuzu belirlemeliyiz. Ayrışmayı içimizde dünyamızda yapıp değişime başlamalıyız.
Bunu bireysel yaptığımız gibi ailesel ve toplumsal da gerçekleştirmeli KURAN VE İLKELERİ esas alanlarla aynı saflarda olmalıyız. Bunun için yapılması gerekenlerde aşağıdaki ayetlerinde de sayılmıştır.
5-Oysaki onlara sadece, dini /yaşamı yalnız Allah'a hâlis kılıp /Allah için yaşamını arındıran/dini katıksız yapan /Kuranın öğretisini, Allah’ın iradesini amaç edinip/dünyadaki yaratılış amaçlarını hatırlayıp geçici mal, mülk, makam vb araçlara tapmaktan kurtulan
ve sadece Allah'a kulluk etmeleri/ Allah’a Kuran’a hizmet etmeleri, razı olacağı yaşamı sürdürmeleri,
salatı ikame etmeleri/ Allah’a Kuran’a bağlılığı sürdürmeleri, her durum ve zamanda Kuran ilkelerine göre hareket etmeleri, Kuran davasına destek olmaları, güç ve katkı vermeleri,
zekatı sağlamaları/arınmayı, var olanı paylaşmayı, gelişmeyi sağlamaları,
emredilmişti.

7-Şüphesiz inanan/Allah’a güvenen /Kurana değer veren/ Kitaptaki ilkelere teslim olan/Kurana göre yaşam sergileyen/ başka sistemleri, düzenleri, ahlaki değerleri reddeden
ve salihatı işleyen/islah edici, kalıcı, değiştirici, dönüştürücü, düzeltici işer yapan/Kuranın öğretisine göre davranan/Kuranın yaşam kitabı yapılmasına çalışan kimseler,
yaratılanların en hayırlılarının ta kendileridir.
8-Rableri katında onların mükâfâtı altlarından ırmaklar akan, içinde ebedi kalacakları, Adn cennetleridir. Allâh onlardan râzı olmuş, onlar da O'ndan râzı olmuşlardır. Bu, Rabbine haşyet gösterene mahsustur.
BEYYİNE SURESİ ÇALIŞMA NOTLARI
(٩٨-١)
لَمْ يَكُنِ الَّذٖينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكٖينَ مُنْفَكّٖينَ حَتّٰى تَاْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ
98.1 - Lem yekunillezîne keferû min ehlil kitâbi vel muşrikîne munfekkîne hattâ teé'tiyehumul beyyineh.
SA - Kitap ehlinden ve müşriklerden (hakk'ı) tanımayanlar, kendilerine açık kanıt gelinceye dek (halleri üzere) bırakılacak değillerdi (mutlaka kendilerine açıklama gelecekti).
HY- Allah kendilerine açık kanıtlar [elçi, kitap] göndermeden kâfirleri kendi başlarına bırakmaz, “Ne hâlleri varsa görsünler” demez. Ancak elçi gönderdikten, kitap indirdikten sonra inanıp inanmamakta serbest bırakır. Böylece, hem dünyada uyarılmadan cezalandırılarak haksızlık edilmemiş, hem de âhirette mazeretleri kalmamış olur.Bu âyetlerde verilen mesaj Zuhruf sûresi'nde de yer almıştı:Peki Biz, siz haddi aşan bir kavim oldunuz diye o Zikr'i [öğüt dolu Kur’ân'ı] size göndermekten vaz mı geçelim? (Zuhruf/5) Bu ifadeyi şöyle bir anlama çekmek de mümkündür: “Siz, başıboş; istediğinizle baş başa bırakılacağınızı mı sanıyorsunuz? Hayır, hayır! Sizi başıboş bırakmıyoruz. İnanmanız ve yapmanız gerekenleri ısrarla önünüze koyacağız. Sonra da bunların hesabını sizden soracağız.”.
MO- ayetteki مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكٖينَ min edatı anılan grupların tamamını değil, bir bölümünün kastedildiğini göstermektedir. Bazı nankörler, açık delil gelinceye kadar eski batıl inançlarından ayrılmayacaklardı; dışlanmayacaklardı Mİ; cezalandırılmayacaklardı MÖ.

YB- Kitab ehli kimlerdir?
· Ehl: Muehhil olan, bir şeyi yapmak için yetenekli ve o işe uygun vasıfları olan kimse.
· Cennet ehli: Cennete ehliyeti olanlar. Cennette olmaya uygun olanlar.
· Cehennem ehli: Cehenneme ehliyetli olanlar, cehennemde olmaya uygun olanlar.
· İlim ehli: İlimde ehliyetli olanlar. İlim yapmaya ilim adamı olmaya uygun olanlar.
· Ehliyet kelimesi Türkçe’ye de geçmiş bir kelimedir. Örneğin: Sürücü ehliyeti olan kimseler araba sürme işlemine uygun olan kimselerdir.
· Kitap : Kısaca, yasa anlamına gelir.
· Kitap ehli: Yasa yapan, yasa uygulayan kimseler. Bu terim Ümmi teriminin tersi olarak kullanılır. Ümmi: Normal halk, halktan olan kimse demektir. Kitap ehli; yönetici durumunda olan elit sınıf. Yasaları yapıp uygulayan. elit sınıftır. Kendilerini ümmilerden/halktan ayırmış olan ümmilerden/halktan üstün gören, korunmuş kalelerde yaşayan sınıf,(Haşr 2).
· Lem : Geçmiş zamanı olumsuz yapar.
· Yekun : Olmak, yoksa, yoktu,…idi, değildi, ise, akıldan uzak görme, doğru olmazdı,

98.4 - Ve mâ teferragallezîne ûtul kitâbe illâ mim bağdi mâ câethumul beyyineh.
SA - Kitap verilmiş olanlar, ancak kendilerine açık kanıt geldikten sonra ayrılığa düştüler.
YB- Rabbim; yasa yapan kitap ehline/yasa ehline karşı, ümmilere/halka kendi içlerinden çıkan peygamber vasıtasıyla değerli yasalar veriyor. Ümmilere/halka yasa veriliyor. Ümmilere/halka kitap veriliyor.
الَّذينَ اُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ = Ellezine utu el-kitab = kendilerine yasa verilenler = kendilerine yasa sağlananlar = kendilerine peygamber aracılığıyla içinde değerli yasalar olan sahifeler apaçık bir şekilde verilenlerdir.

وَمَا اُمِرُوا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مُخْلِصٖينَ لَهُ الدّٖينَ حُنَفَاءَ وَيُقٖيمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَذٰلِكَ دٖينُ الْقَيِّمَةِ
98.5 - Ve mâ umirû illâ liyağbudullâhe muhlısîne lehud dîne hunefâe ve yugîmus salâte ve yué'tuz zekâte ve zâlike dînul gayyimeh.
SA - Oysa kendilerine, dini yalnız Allah'a hâlis kılıp O'nu birleyerek Allah'a kulluk etmeleri, namazı kılmaları, zekâtı vermeleri emredilmişti. İşte doğru din oydu.
YB- 4-5 Ve o, kendilerine kitap/yasa verilen kişiler, (maalesef) ancak kendilerine beyyine/açık kanıt geldikten sonra ayrılığa düştüler. Oysaki onlara sadece, dini yalnız Allah için arındıran/katıksız yapan kişiler halinde sadece Allah'a kulluk/hizmet etmeleri, salatı ikame etmeleri/bağlılığı sürdürmeleri, zekatı sağlamaları/gelişmeyi sağlamaları emredilmişti. Ve işte bu, doğru/ eksiksiz/kıymetli dindir/yaşam biçimidir.
HY- Oysa ki onlara sadece, dini yalnız Allah için arındıran kişiler hâlinde sadece Allah'a kulluk etmeleri, salâtı ikâme etmeleri, zekâtı vermeleri emredilmişti. Ve işte bu, doğru/eksiksiz/aşınmaz dindir buyurularak, dinin özü ve amacı açıkça beyân edilmiştir, ki bu da tevhid ve toplumdaki zulüm ve fesadın ortadan kaldırılmasıdır. Zulüm ve fesadı ortadan kaldırmak, salâtın ikâmesi ile; salâtın ikâmesi de zekâtın verilmesi ile olur.
· Emere: Emir, tavsiye, danışma, durum, hal, büyük, acaip, tuhaf,
· Abede: Kul, köle, ibadet,
· HıleSa: Ayırma, halis, katıksız, yalnız, has kılma, seçme, ait kılma, gönül verme
· Deyene: Din, borç alacak, ceza, şeriat, itikat, bağlılık, niyet,
· Hanefe: Hanif, ihlaslı, caymayan, Allah’ı birleyen, doğru asla yönelme, saf inanç,
· Saleve: Salat, namaz, dua, destek, bağlılık,
· Zakeve: Arınma, gelişme, doğru, temiz, ıslah, methetme, zekat,

اِنَّ الَّذٖينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ اَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكٖينَ فٖى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدٖينَ فٖيهَا اُولٰئِكَ هُمْ شَرُّ الْبَرِيَّةِ
98.6 - İnnellezîne keferû min ehlil kitâbi vel muşrikîne fî nâri cehenneme hâlidîne fîhâ, ulâike hum şerrul beriyyeh.
SA - Kitap ehlinden ve (Allah'a) ortak koşanlardan olan nânkörler, sürekli olarak cehennem ateşindedirler. Onlar, halkın en şerlisidir.
YB- Şüphesiz Kitap Ehlinden/ Yönetici elit sınıftan ve müşriklerden/Allaha ortak olanlardan küfredenler/gerçekleri saklayanlar sürekli olarak cehennemin ateşi içindedirler. İşte onlar, yaratılanların/karada yaşayanların en şerlilerinin/en çok zarar verenlerin ta kendileridir.
· Hılede :Devamlı, ebedi, saplanıp kalma, altınla süslenme
· Beraa: Fiili yaratma, uzaklaşma, alakayı kesme, şifa iyileştirme, temize çıkarma,
· Nevera : Ateş, nur, ışık, aydınlık, açıklığa kavuşturan, hidayet, kitap, peygamber,

اِنَّ الَّذٖينَ اٰمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ اُولٰئِكَ هُمْ خَيْرُ الْبَرِيَّةِ
98.7 - İnnellezîne âmenû ve amilus sâlihâti ulâike hum hayrul beriyyeh.
SA - İnanıp iyi işler yapanlar da halkın en hayırlısıdır.
YB- Şüphesiz güvenen (kıymetli yasalara güvenen) ve salihatı işleyen/düzeltici işer yapan kimseler, yaratılanların/karada yaşayanların en hayırlılarının ta kendileridir.
· SaleHa: Doğru, salih, sulh, barış, anlaşma, ıslah etme, düzeltme,
§ SÂLİHÂTI İŞLEMEK: “عملواالصّلحات - amilu’s-sâlihâtı” Sâlihâtı işleyenler” olarak çevirdiğimiz ifade kalıbı Kur’ân’da toplam 62 âyette yer almıştır. Bu kalıbın pek çok meal ve tefsirde olduğu gibi “amel-i salih işleyenler” şeklinde çevrilmesi yanlıştır.
§ “اصلاح - Islâh” sözcüğünden türemiş olan “sâlihât” düzeltmek demektir. “Sâlihâtı işlemek” ise bozuk olan şeyi düzeltmek, düzelticilik yapmak, düzeltmeye yönelik işler yapmak anlamlarına gelir.
§ Diğer taraftan da Kur’ân, bu âyette geçen “hakkı ve sabrı tavsiyeleşme”yi, Bakara Sûresinin 277. âyetinde geçen “namaz kılma ve zekât verme”yi, Hud Sûresinin 23. âyetinde geçen “edep ve gönülden Allah’a boyun eğme”yi belirtilen âyetler içinde ayrı ayrı zikretmek sûretiyle “sâlihât”tan ayırmıştır. Yani “hakkı ve sabrı tavsiyeleşme”, “namaz kılma ve zekât verme”, “edep ve gönülden Allah’a boyun eğme” gibi hasenat, Kur’ân’a göre “sâlihât”tan” sayılmamaktadır.
§ Kur’ân’daki bu hususlar dikkate alınarak “sâlihât” konusunda şunları söylemek mümkündür: Namaz kılmak, oruç tutmak, zekât vermek sâlihâtı işlemek değildir. Ama öğüt verme yolu ile namaz kılmayanı namaz kılar hale getirmek, zekât vermeyeni zekât verir hale getirmek, oruç tutmayanı da oruç tutar hale getirmek, sâlihâtı işlemektir. Bu kavramı toplumsal boyuta taşıdığımızda, bulunduğumuz zaman ve zeminde adlî, idarî, siyasî, iktisadî ve benzeri alanlarda her türlü bozukluğun düzeltilmesi için gösterilecek çaba, yapılacak uygulama, sâlihâtı işlemektir.
§ Bu konuda, “dışa yansımayan işler” demek olan hasenat ile sâlihât arasındaki fark iyi anlaşılmalıdır. Rabbimiz de bu iki konu arasındaki farkı, her bir haseneye on karşılık verirken (En’âm 160) sâlihât karşılığında cenneti vaat etmek Sûretiyle çok açık bir şekilde belirlemiştir. (Bakara 25, 82; Nisa 57, 122, 124; Hud 23, İbrahîm 23, Kehf 107 ve daha birçok âyet)HY

جَزَاؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرٖى مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهَارُ خَالِدٖينَ فٖيهَا اَبَدًا رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِىَ رَبَّهُ
98.8 - Cezâuhum ınde rabbihim cennâtu adnin tecrî min tahtihel enhâru hâlidîne fîhâ ebedâ, radıyallâhu anhum ve radû anh, zâlike limen haşiye rabbeh.
SA - Rableri katında onların mükâfâtı altlarından ırmaklar akan, içinde ebedi kalacakları, Adn cennetleridir. Allâh onlardan râzı olmuş, onlar da O'ndan râzı olmuşlardır. Bu, Rabbine saygı gösterene mahsustur.
YB- Onların, Rableri katından alacakları karşılık, içinde sürekli oldukları altlarından ırmaklar akan cennetleridir. Allah, onlardan razı olmuş, onlar da O'ndan razı olmuşlardır. İşte bu [karşılık], Rabbine haşyet duyan kimseler içindir.
· Cezaye: Ceza karşılık, kafi, ödeme, kurtarıcı, cizye, vergi,
· Adene : Adn cenneti, yerleşme, sükunet, tatmin, جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ :Cennâtu adnin; içinde kalınan cennet
· Ceraye: Akmak, hareket, gemi, yıldız, rüzgar temsilen kullanılır.
· TeHate: Fevk in zıddı, altında,
